I overhauled the original Bant on Sterroids Deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/pyrothos/decks/bant-on-steroids/). This deck focuses on counters to make a variety of fun ( and to your opponents, potentially annoying) things happen, from spreading injury and weakness amongst your opponents ranks, to making even the meekest creature into a full fledged terror. The deck also features Sphinx-Bone Wand to get a little more bang for your mana when casting Clockspinning, Everflowing Chalice and Vengeful Archon can stop and shoot damage back at your opponents in a pretty spectacular combo should you choose to add counters to the chalice with clockspinning.
spread counters everywhere, make sure to add counters to the hydras and artifacts that could do to get some extra counters. use Tower of Calamities to make the protean Hydra grow rather explosively.
