i tried that. however i found the primordial hydras are best suited for combat, where as the deadly recluse is great for removal.

i suggest QUICKSILVER AMULET. it would free up some space in the deck for better spells.

+ 2x Patriarch's bidding would be excellent in this deck / -2 cover of darkness, this card is better suited as a side board the same for doom blade. murder and go for the throat are better removal spells in my opinion.

+ 2x Dragon Skull summit / - 2x pillar of flame. 22 lands would benefit this deck in my opinion, and burn sorcery are useless in my opinion.

for starters i like the simplicity of your deck very straight forward black / white deck. however if you care at all about competitive playing (1.) less "one of's" try to have more consistency. like 4x of what your deck revolves around, 3x of secondary / support spells & 2x legendary and or planes walkers. (2.) most players in tournaments will have decks of 60 cards, even though your deck is at 67 cards, you are giving anyone with a 60 card deck the advantage, because they will get what they need faster than you. HOWEVER if this deck is built just for the sake of being a fun deck to play with friends than cudos it looks like a fun deck that will always have your opponents guessing. ^_^

wicked deck concept. Volrath's stronghold is a great land. however just having 1x is more flavoring than useful. i like it good job for originality. check out some of my decks. i'm not a serious player, just enjoy the game been playing since ONSLAUGHT.

well done for original thought on tribal. a friend of mine built a wicked BOAR deck, and i myself built a HOUND deck. its wicked to think outside the box with tribal. keeps the game fresh and interesting.
however not a great idea for folks who play competitively. unfortunately when it comes to tournaments the best thing to do is net deck because all people care about is winning. for veterans of the game like myself the game gets very stale very quickly when you stick to competitive gaming only. my favorite part of the game is interaction with other people getting to know them and growing as a player. building decks with creativity rather than my wallet. ^_^ live long and prosper fellow gatherers. ^_^

i agree. this deck needs more rats and less spells, however 2x patriarch's bidding would'nt hurt.
