U make mana bases for modern format similar as I do, but what's up with those 16 lands??! U could easily have an opening hand without lands this way, or end up with 1 or 2 lands for most or all of the game... Very instabil... When M13 comes out, the 1st deck I'll make for standard will be a U/W/B drake-spirit token deck :) ... I ran out of room and had space for 16 lands, but I was a little iffy so I checked other decks to see if I should have more because I am relatively unfamiliar with Storm. Many other builds only ran 16 lands, but I might up it to 18 anyway even with all the rituals.
With all the can-trips and rituals he probably should be able to get 3 mana pretty consistently (although I'm not sure).
