Hrm, I'm not sure how many are available to you, but throwing in some blink effects could be very beneficial with Wanderer. I have an Animar EDH that uses Maelstrom Wanderer and Cloudstone Curio to do pretty hilarious things, so I figure you could maybe skip the middle man, or swap it around and use Animar in the 99 =]

what happens if you primal surge and your next attack is just blunted. do you automatically loose? forgive me if I'm missing something, but i think your deck could do with a laboratory maniac or something. just a thought.
I don't Primal Surge my whole deck out, I usually stop at around 50 power and a haste-giver in case of mill.
