Eh, not really. Caress only activates when a card is discarded from the hand, milling doesnt count unfortunately. Liliana's Caress does work wonders in my hand-discard deck though. Check it out
Why so many lands? Seems like you'd get mana swamped an awful lot. Also, Infiltrator's Magemark and Raven Guildmaster. Or anything that makes Guildmaster unblockable.
