Guy says "casual" in a deck with 2 planeswakers and 2 swords...Other than that, I'd suggest Pillory of the Sleepless. 3 mana enchantment that drains opponent 1 life each of his turns, and makes target creature unable to attack/block.

You can always use the likes of Tormented Soul... and it is only one mana.

What about Hidetsugo himself ?He halves everyone's life...
Doubling Season would be nice.And you could also try Sigil Captain.Bramble elemental goes nice along Fists of Ironwood, too.

What about Traproot Kami instead of Wall of Blossoms as a blocker?I know that you need creatures at 1 power to trigger the combo, but should you put the Kami and afford to lose the Call, you might end up with a modern legal deck!

How about Edge of the Divinity instead of Scourgemark?It's cheaper (one hybrid W/B) and turns that Pet into a beast.

Nice idea ! May I suggest black instead of white ? With black, you can add a few transmute spells, like Dimir Infiltrator or Brainspoil. The first lets you transmute to 2 and get Pili-Pala. The latter transmutes to 5 and nets you the Door. Doing this, it'll be like having 8 copies of both said artifacts !
