Now that the Goblins are big and bad again, here's my take.

Deck discussion for Kuldotha Goblins!

I run a very similar deck, and I really love reverberate in it--copy goblin grenade or kuldotha rebrirth, or use it to counter a counterspell.

Increasing vengeance is a bit pointless, as you only really want to copy goblin grenade or kuldotha. And shrine of burning rage just slows the deck down.
I have a very similar deck, check it out: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=327306

Gotta disagree--the Shrine is a great tool in RDW. Gets around pro-red creatures (I'm looking at you, Phyrexian Crusader) and will often be your kill source. Also helps towards metalcraft for the blasts.

Personally, I like the Shrine..I'm thinking of adding Brimstone Volleys..I like Increasing Vengeance because if the game winds up being long, I can copy a Grenade from the graveyard perhaps..
