I loved the concept of a highly faerie based prankster deck, that messes with other players and their decks. In this case, it's mostly milling and some card theft.
Oona's obviously the General for this EDH/Commander deck. Though, Dragonlord Silumgar could work to change things up a little if you have an eye on another General you wish to steal and use. The great thing about either of these choices is their really cool abilities don't cause them to tap, so they become either great blockers or even strong attackers in the air.
