I would put the pack rat x4 at main deck. It is extremely powerful (as the mono-black winning streak at pr tours has shown us) and it can be a good way to dispose of unwanted cads in your hands. You can also put duress in the side deck against control decks. Also, lifebane zombie (side) works wonders against white and green decks.

I would swap volcanic geyser with clan defiance
i would switch 1 murmuring phantasm and 1 doorkeeper fr 2 sylvan caryatids ( i know i have said it before, but i proxied my version of this deck and i found them useful) and maybe tower defense. I am not sure about that last one, i am still testing it.
i think a few draws would be good. Divination or Pilfered Plans sound like a good choice. Maybe this way you can remove for example 1 Phenax and 1 Mind Grind and Add 2 Pilfered Plans, so you can draw the remaining 3 more easily.
i would prefer sylvan caryatid instead of axebane guardian
you are correct. So let me rephrase my post.I DID read carefully. You have to think before you start being ironic ok? I am quoting Memnite (the deck creator): "2 Desecration Demons. They are 4 to cast and they're 6/6 fliers with a neat effect. What's not to love? Synergises well with double strike or having it's effect copied "In the above phrase (which is IN the How To Play section) Memnite said that Desecration Demon synergises well with its effect being copied, so i replied to clarify that it does not.

Even if u copy Desecration Demon's Effect it won't really serve any purpose because if the opponent used his effect, he will already be tapped and your opponent won't really have any reason to pump him up again, and if your opponent didn't use the demon's effect the first time, what makes you think he's gonna use it the second? Also, you should swap dimir guildgate for temple of deceit
