Mormir Vig is a create commander for, in my opinion, the strongest colour combination in EDH. He allows consistency without playing the same game every time, which is a pretty rare thing to get out of a deck. Especially in EDH.
Play goons, get goons. Mormir has the insane ability to turn all of your creatures into a tutor and/or cantrip. It's one of those abilities that looks amazing on paper and somehow works even better in practice.
