Would love to see Unflinching Courage or Armadillo Cloak on this deck. But I really think it wouldn't be better than any enchantment that it already have =(.

rancor is able in pauper since it has been common in the firsts editions
invigorate instead of primal rage would make a really good pauper infect deck =D
Remove that primal rage and use it like a pauper deck , adding "Steady Progress" so you can draw and put a infect counter even if you can't atack

I recommend you put some draws and If you want to keep it red "Olivia Voldaren" would be a good acquisition, but monoblack or not "Kalastria Highborn" is a wonderful piece to a vampire deck.

Mutavault is really expensive, but it's going to be a good acquisition to any deck that you may build.
