EDH Commander Deck with Sliver Overlord as Commander
Optimized Sliver deck using the best of both old and new slivers

How to Play

Commander
Sliver Overlord: First ability used to search for other slivers
Second ability used in conjunction with Amoeboid Changeling and Unnatural Selection to take opponents creatures

Things to look for in an opening hand: Gemhide Sliver, Crystalline Sliver, Crypt Sliver, Winged Sliver, Virulent Sliver, Quick Sliver,Spined Sliver, Manaweft Sliver, Heart Sliver and Galerider Sliver

Amoeboid Changeling: Used in conjunction with Commanders Second Ability
(Important note: Crystalline Sliver will negate this effect)
Belligerent Sliver: Makes slivers harder to block
Bonescythe Sliver: Double Strike
Brood Sliver: Player Damage= More Slivers
Constricting Sliver: Slivers come in creatures get exiled (Great for Indestructible Cards)
Crypt Sliver: Tap Regen Sliver
Crystalline Sliver: Shroud (Great card but negates your commanders Second Ability)
Diffusion Sliver: Spell Counter (Works Great with Quick Sliver)
Frenzy Sliver: +1 When Attacking
Fungus Sliver: If a sliver survives damage it gains +1+1 (Great with Indestructible or flashing in a + */* Sliver)
Galerider Sliver: Flying for one mana
Gemhide Sliver: Mana
Ghostflame Sliver: Makes your slivers Colorless
Harmonic Sliver: Anti Artifact and Enchantment Sliver
Heart Sliver1: Haste
Hibernation Sliver: Use to avoid board wipes or affects that you want to avoid (Note it cost life but thats what Syphon Sliver is for)
Manaweft Sliver: Mana
Megantic Sliver: +3/+3
Muscle Sliver: +1/+1
Necrotic Sliver: Sack a sliver to destroy a permanent (Cost 3/ or 1 if you have Training Grounds in Play) Great against plain walkers
Opaline Sliver: If your going to take a spell mind as well take a card too
Predatory Sliver: +1/+1
Pulmonic Sliver: Flying and keeps your slivers out of the graveyard
Quick Sliver: Flash
Root Sliver: Protection from Counters (Makes Blue Cry)
Sentinel Sliver: Vigilance
Sidewinder Sliver: Flanking
Sinew Sliver: +1/+1
Sliver Hivelord: Indestructible
Sliver Legion: Coat of arms in a sliver (Better because it only affects slivers)
Sliver Overlord: Deck Commander
Sliver Queen: Sliver Spawner (Infinite Combo: Use Sliver Queen with Mana Echos and you get infinite slivers and with a mana sliver on the board infinite mana)
Spined Sliver: Helps in the begging to keep your 1/1 slivers alive
Striking Sliver: First Strike for one mana
Syphon Sliver: Life link
Telekinetic Sliver: Tap a sliver to tap a permanent
Two-Headed Sliver: Makes slivers harder to block
Venom Sliver: Deathtouch
Virulent Sliver: Poison 1 (This becomes poison 2 with Bonescyth Sliver in Play)
Ward Sliver: Protection from a named color (Combo in with Hibernation and Quick Slivers for instant Color Protection Switch)
Winged Sliver: Flying

Cryptic Gateway: Tap small slivers to bring out big slivers
Darksteel Ingot: Mana
Door of Destinies: Like coat of arms but best played early on to take full effect
Elixir of Immortality: Way to get your slivers back into your library
Manalith: Mana Diversity
Sol Ring: IT'S SOL RING
Thran Turbine: Gives 2 Free mana to pay creature abilities (With Training Grounds this lets you kick off your commanders ability twice for free, or any of the other payed sliver abilities"Sliver Queen, and Necrotic Sliver")

Instances
Dryad's Caress: With Vigilance Sliver and a mana sliver, Lets you attack, then tap your slivers for mana to pay for more slivers, then play Dryad's Caress to heal and Untap all your slivers then use your slivers again for mana to play more slivers

Sorcery
Patriarch's Bidding: Lets you bring all you dead slivers from the graveyard back into play
Distant Melody : Card Draw based on how many slivers you have in play
Harsh Mercy: Board wipe that protects your slivers and has a lessened agro affect
Hive Stirrings: two slivers are better than one

Enchantments
Descendants' Path: Lets you play a sliver from your library during your upkeep for free
Mana Echoes More slivers: =More mana=More Slivers
Price of Glory: Stops players from using lands on other players turns (Thank goodness you can use your slivers for mana)
Training Grounds: Reduces sliver activated ability cost by 2 (GREAT FOR YOU COMMANDER)
Unnatural Selection: Another way for Sliver overlord to use its second ability (Negated by Crystalline Sliver)
Warstorm Surge: Slivers come in and get instant player damage based on how big they are (All cards increasing slivers power will affect this damage)
Example: You have A 1/1 sliver come in that gets +10/+10 from both door of destinies and Sliver Legion) that's 21 player damage from a 1/1 sliver before it attacks.
Wild Pair: Lets you bring in two slivers for the cost of one with the added benefit of choosing the second sliver
