Use your board wipes sparingly and only when needed. Same with the spot removal. Other then that if you know how to use Planeswalkers you are good. Gideon is never really used to attack in this deck and is simply another way to protect yourself. If the destroy the bridge or can get under it he helps a lot.

Might want to consider Norn's Annex as well. Really like the Koth and bloodmoon combo you have there with all the nonbasic lands.
