I understand you want to take advantage of the Eldrazi Spawns.
If so, you really have to consider populate. But this would probably require you to splash to white. I don't know, I'm no expert of RTR.

Congrats for front page.

Really cool idea. I was thinking about something to give the creatures First Strike, to discourage blockers.
Trample would be even better but I don't recommend you splashing to green.

Check out Rally the Forces.
Kudos again

Honestly, I would be more focused on speed rather than sheer power. I'd ditch phyrexian hydra and overrun and put in cards like Ranger's Guile to avoid creature destruction spells, or Beast Within to deal with dangerous enchantments like Ghostly Prison or Pacifism.

Increasing Confusion would be really good if you had some way to make great amounts of mana.
Since you don't, it's just not effective. Are you willing to spend, say, 4 mana to mill 3 cards? I don't think so.

For Tome Scour, no reason, I just like Thought Scour more because it lets you draw a card. Then you can get rid of a couple Curse of the Bloody Tome and a couple Jace's Erasure.
Also, maybe a couple of Visions of Beyond (you have enough) and 1 or 2 more islands.

Start removing High Tide, Increasing Confusion, Psychic Spiral, Tome Scour, Divination, and Inaction Injunction.

Then we'll see.

Well this is a common problem when making burn decks. Main problem is, you have limited damage supply. Sure they are more than enough to do 20 damage and win, but if the opponent gain life in the meantime, most burn decks won't stand a chance because of limited resources.

I know it sounds lame, but that's one of burn decks weak spot, so it's normal.
One strategy is to wipe the opponent creatures with burn spells. You protect yourself and can attack with your own creatures. Problem is, you have few of those.
Again, this is a common problem in burn decks.

As for Reverberate, my advice is that if you don't find it useful, just replace it.

Beast within is probably more convenient to destroy the Helvault. Eternal Witness to recycle Cloudshift?

Creatureless decks are really fragile, so I like the fact that you changed your mind about it. It looks really solid now, bravo sir!

Well. As far as Saproling deck goes, I always recommend Overrun for a finishing blow.

Soo, I did something similar once. It's called Exquisite Tyranny, I'd love hearing from you about it someday.

Now for my advices. This deck would work WONDERS if you got rid of the "draw" cards. I'd focus on draw and discard instead, for obvious reasons. If you have only Underworld Dreams or Liliana's Caress, you can still be effective with everything you have. If you have both, it's basically game over.

So, definitely 4 Urza's Guilt, then add Compulsive Research and Careful Consideration. Also, creatures like Lorebroker or Cephalid Broker can be a giant pain in the ass for your opponent.
And lastly, 4 Fog Bank would protect you against aggro decks.

Because in a burn deck, you usually don't have large amounts of mana. Spending 4 mana to deal 3 damage is a waste, considering that most 3 damage spells cost 2 mana like incinerate. And you don't have to put 4 spikes in. 2 is enough in my opinion.
Also, check out Shrine of Burning Rage, it's quite good.

Remove RSZ, +4 Lightning Bolt.
Also, find place for Lava Spike.

Yeah I know that feeling, but now it looks really good.
So my idea is, either you focus on curses, or you use some cards that affects both of you (like Braids, Cabal minion) and cheat it with Sundial of the infinite or Boomerang it at the end of the opponent's turn.

I personally love that option :D
