You cant play dovescape in mono blue. It has a B/W Color ID. Having said that, Zorah's Wierding.

You also NEED 99 cards in your deck. You can't run more or less. Nev's Disk, Sunder, Sunderinf Titan, Time Stop, Channel, Phyrexian Metamorph, Sensei's Top, lots of counter spells, Evacuation, Savor the Monent, Karn Liberated, JtMS, Tamiyo.

Add in a Karn Liberated a some great defenders like Fog Bank to protect. Nothing more annoying than restarting the game.

Oh yeah, add in Reality Twist. That would be the worst.
And Grand Architect + Pili-Pala which gives you infinite mana that your winter orb won't get in the way of so you can pay upkeep cost and whatever else you want.
