Deck Description

Here is a deck that I have had in the works for awhile, slowly acquiring the Merfolk Lords. It is similar to the Deck Tech Video for modern Merfolk. I decided to keep mine all blue instead of splashing for a second color.

The idea is simple, get out as many Merfolk as you can and attack. The sideboard currently gives some creature control options if needed.

Please give your suggestions and thoughts.

Thanks

I think reef shaman would be a great add for this deck, all your merfolk will have island walk so you can really abuse that by always making sure your creatures are unblockable. Just turn any land into an island no matter who you are facing.

Also I think talrand is weak for this deck, you could do without him. But other wise I like the deck =] merfolk has always been a fun tribal, nice take on it, looks like it would gain power quickly.

Also I think you could find a better add instead of halimar wavewatch for this deck
