I really like the mechanics of your deck. But for maximum use i would put something like Isochron Scepter. Make the abilities happen often.

You have to put Mana Echoes in there. Its a staple in my sliver deck.
BAMF, good idea, I think ill go with Momentous Fall. That will go really nicely with my Timberwatch Elf and my Lys Alana Huntsmaster. Although im going to look into Elvish Promenade vs Lys.
I gave Nettle Sentinel serious thought, and if you can find an aura for it, it could work really really well. Id suggest you search for some combo that would go with it. I really like Chord of Calling and Elvish Promenade.
Wow. After listing all my cards, i realize i need to reorganize this deck.
I'm building a deck with a similar idea, but im going to put 'sigil of the empty throne' in mine, i figure with all the enchantments im putting out, i might as well get some free defenders.
