The problem with Squee's Revenge is that the draw scales much slower than the risk of failing the flip. This causes it to become exponentially worse the more you try to draw. Taken from the Gatherer post on it (they didn't include Krark's Thumb, but still):
1 flip = 50% chance of drawing 2 cards, an average of 1 card drawn.
2 flips = 25% chance of drawing 4 cards, an average of 1 card drawn.
3 flips = 12.5% chance of drawing 6 cards, an average of 0.75 cards drawn.
4 flips = 6.25% chance of drawing 8 cards, an average of 0.5 cards drawn.

Ultimately, Fiery Gambit, Desperate Ravings, and Burning Inquiry are enough draw for the deck, and there are enough ways to trigger Chance Encounter that we don't need a 1UR spell used purely to gain counters.

I like the deck, but with a curve that low you're going to want to work in some kind of card draw so he doesn't run out of steam. Mono-white's best option is probably Mentor of the Meek.
I also second Survival Cache. It's a good 2-for-1 over 2 turns.
I'd probably take out Elixir of Immortality, since it's kind of a do-nothing card against anything non-mill, and replace it with some instant-speed removal like Devouring Light or Harm's Way. It'll give him some practice reacting to combat.
All in all, +1. This site needs more starter decks.

Throw in a Spinx-Bone Wand and and you can combo Archeomancer and Cloudshift to ping your opponents down. If you do that I'd recommend getting more flicker spells and artifact tutors.

Consider replacing the Forsaken Sanctuary with Shambling Vents. You get the same mana base but also a body lategame. Also you kind of seem low on card draw. Cryptbreaker and Relentless Dead are decent but if you get boardwiped you're relying on topdecks to get back in the game.

Heartless Summoning affects alternate casting costs like evoke as well. So Mulldrifter becomes {U} Draw two cards, Slithermuse becomes {1U} Draw until you have equal cards to your opponent, etc. Such a good card.

Is Filth that necessary when only 4 creatures you want to be attacking with don't have swampwalk already?

Are you worried that you have too many vehicles and not enough pilots? Basically, without a pilot, vehicles are just more expensive Darksteel Relics, so you don't really ever want to draw more cars than you can drive.

Couldn't agree more. I'd originally planned on playing Boros vehicles, but after taking a serious look at pummeler I fell in love with him.

What do you think about Harmless Offering to give your opponent a mountain in matchups where your opponent isn't using them?

-Gilder Bairn
-Vorel of the Hull Clade, and
-Anything with Proliferate

would all crank your commander up to 11. You could easily get 10+ counters in just a few turns, and Gilder Bairn especially opens up all kinds of tap/untap loops if you've got the mana for it. My personal preference is Paradise Mantle since it costs next to nothing and pays for part of the untap cost. Just need to find a way to remove those counters once you're past the highest cost. Hex Parasite is the only one I could find that doesn't specify a type of counter, but if anyone else has any ideas I'd love to hear them. It would really help if Yisan said "equal to or less than" rather than the exact number of counters, but beggars can be choosers I guess.

If I'm being honest I'm a little biased against fog spells to begin with, but since you've only got 6 Humans and 4 of them transform, I'd probably drop Repel the Abominable. It does save you from your opponents big threats but stops yours at the same time. The other option would probably be Collective Brutality. You don't have any madness or graveyard recursion and none of those effects seem worth discarding anything in your deck.

Have you thought about including Desperate Sentry? It fits the delirium shell you're going for and would give a more desirable target for the Mindbender and Extricators.

Really like your decks. I played f2p Magic Online and your budget decks are what got me into paper magic. If/when you get the time, could you make a standard deck around heroic creatures and the new fight cards like Centaur Battlemaster and Hunt the Weak? I tried to come up with something but it's out of my price range for what I want to spend on a game right now. Good luck and keep up the awesome work.
