Nekusar is a grixis commander that focuses on wheel effects and giving cards to opponents, but they will learn soon that all that card advantage comes with a price.
Get Nekuboy and similar effects on the board in the form of creatures, artifacts or enchantments, then start going for those sweet windfall, wheel of fate effects that will probably combo into each other to make your enemies take big chunks of damage.
