Deck Description

This one comes from Puffermad once again, so here you all go. Ravnica was the set that really got me started on not being a better player and getting to where I am, but it allowed me to see how a great set was developed. I missed out, but love, the Urza and Invasion block which as far as flavor, artwork, and powerful cards has it all. The Ravnica block became the next block to climb the pillar of greatness.

Without further ado, enjoy What You Need: Ravnica: City of Guilds Edition!

Deck discussion for What You Need: Ravnica: City of Guilds Edition

Once again thanks alot for the this, very useful ;-) How about Firemane Angel though wouldn't that make the list, i've seen it used in some legacy decks, but then again that was a year or two ago.

btw what do you think of a suicide black deck in standard, it's no way near as good as the legacy one etc... but, i have looked at alot of the cards and it seems sort of viable.

Invasion? Yeah I can do it. Suicide Black I have not really seen much of in Standard. In Standard I am not much a fan of mono colored decks because they do not really have enough staying power on their own to handle the enviroment. 2-3 color decks usually are what make the cut but I am not saying it isnt possible. Firemane Angel costs to much, the most ive seen it played was Extended.
