Mill/Control with light aggro via Master of Waves and Phenax if you can manage some early game Blue/B&U devotion.
Whip and Bident for flavor. Whip a MoW from the GY if there is another one down on the field for the trigger. Try to save/use Thoughtseize and Thassa's Rebuff to protect MoW and possibly Ashiok. Sideboard for Aggro decks and attempt to mill them down whilst controlling their damage output. Thinking switch the extra Bident for and extra whip in case the extra Lifelink is needed. 2 Hero's Downfall and 3 Despise sided for PW heavy decks. Thoughtseize swap for Despise against heavy face burn or creature aggro so you're not burning yourself with the life payment.
