Well buddy. Thanks for taking the time to provide advice but I fear that the high cost replacements (Mana wise) would devastate my early game.
One more Windborn Muse would be nice, perhaps 3 more Serra Avenger too, would put a strain on the budget but definitely smooths out my mana curve.
Herald of War to replace Niveous Wisps and/or Sunlance would be a good trade.
As for additional Guardian of the Gateless and Serra Angels I'm afraid they might not give me the boost that I need

Sure! But I might not be able to afford them >.<

Also, these are made from my spare cards, card by card are exact.

Ikr :(((
Mtg isn't a budget friendly game, it's possible to make it so but a budget deck (with flavor) can hardly beat a ruthlessly expensive decks :((

I play along the line of casual 'narrative' with decks that are cheap and makes sense as a whole (Not a deck with Birds of Paradise holding 2 Swords from Mirrodin Besieged...)

I suppose Blue had the stability that allowed Crawler to grow rapidly.
But, RED! Now that's the fun! WE LIVE DANGEROUSLY :D

Thanks! Now that you mentioned it, I remembered searching through red cards with 'draw' as keyword, overlooking the ones with massive chunk of text, so... my reckless drive through the magiccards.info was empowered by the idea of quick results, thus temporarily adopting the TL;DR mindset >.<

Guilty!

Amendments made, took out two Reforge the Soul as they are pretty risky if not for miracles, and I don't believe in miracles!!

Faithless provides is kinda like my failsafe when it comes to finding good stuff in my graveyard, Browbeat... Yes, 5 damage or 3 damage and 3 draw...

I suppose flavor wise, a madman would loot like a lunatic than threatening strangers on the street xD

Red = Recklessness, Chaos, Chance, Luck, Aggression, Do first Think later

xDDD It's a really risky deck to play, perhaps some hard removals would be nice but Ain't Nobody Got Time for that if you're a Psychotic Planeswalker xDDDD

It's a budget recipe. But for those who'd break off from financial limits by all means throw in the beautiful enchantment cloner! More paradox haze means more fun!!

Hi hi!
Thanks for the appreciation and feedback!

Yes Basilica Guard appeared twice >.<

Graveborn Muse is a faster alternative to Bloodgift Demon and a cheaper alternative to Phyrexian Arena.
Besides, she's pretty! :D

Man! Dungeon Shade is one handsome beau :)
But he's from legacy, and I'm trying to keep the recipe all-female

Crypt Ghast's gender is shrouded so... (don't burst my bubble!)

Ageless Entity! I always thought that guy is demanding and generally derped out but hey... I see where you're going xD I'll make arrangements!

I try to squeeze Flavor and Function into Modern Budget, but Function is always compromised >.<

Still, I wonder what does it take to have many views/likes for a deck on this site O_O
