All Killer, Graveyard Filler

Main Deck (70 cards)

Sideboard (3 cards)

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

1.) Get the little guys out quick - Cathartic Adept gives some mild mill action to help pump up Mortivore when he hits the table.
2.) Get Death Pit Offering out - Try to keep from playing the big boys until Death Pit Offering (and hopefully Grave Pact) are out. Then sacrifice your creatures and (hopefully) each other player has to sacrifice creatures as well.
3.) Throw your massive Mortivore out to thrash the table.

The game really starts when Thraximundar and Deathbringer Thoctar come out for control. Altar of Dementia and Grave Pact insure Mortivore stays huge, and Doomed Necromancer and Hell's Caretaker set up an endless loop of sacrificing to keep opponents' creatures off the table and to pump up Thrax and Thoctar. And it's also nice to have ways to get your dead dudes back.

PS - Decks like these used to OWN Threshold decks.

Deck discussion for All Killer, Graveyard Filler

Get the Frostling out of there, not a good card, and i wouldnt run Festering Goblin either.
For a deck like this i would use Glimpse the Unthinkable, and Traumatize.
But it looks like a great deck just needs improving.

agree with vamp but whatabout terminate and diabolic edict?

Terminate is good, but card advantage is better. With the amount of lands being played in this deck and with the mill idea here, Chainer's Edict would be more useful than Terminate or Diabolic Edict (Hard saying this). Also, do please remember that Entomb just got unrestricted in Legacy... Something to think about there.

liliana vess's last ability is to put all creature cards in all grave yards into play under your control, so you could look into that

This is a hybrid Mortivore/Sac/Mill deck. It's more used for creature control. Plus, I always play 3+ player free for all, so my decks have to be more versatile.

Liliana Vess + Mortivore = BAD
Jace Beleren + Mortivore = GOOD
