Looks very slow. Until 4th turn all you can do is sit and watch.

Fog Bank, Wall of Souls, and Mark of Asylum all cost 2, ya know. Anyway, I figured that this deck can prevent enough damage to me that I can afford to be slow. Add in the fact that I only play 3-4 player free for all and I think I can handle it. If I were going 1v1, I'd probably add in some low cost flyers.
the only thing i see that you might need is some mother of runes, those will mess with everyones deck.

I love decks that run Mirror-Sigil Sargent! I love having a Maelstrom Pulse for them LOL. But honestly I like the deck
