I'm tired of the same old Quillspike/Devoted Druid combo decks. Here are some of my ideas for other Quillspike uses. I know there are some rediculous combos in here, but there are backup plans and plenty of Tutor cards. Please comment. Combos: 1.) While this deck will work without it, the main idea is to get infinite mana. To do this, you need a Bloom Tender with Umbral Mantle and the 2 Borderposts out. Tap the Bloom Tender to add 5 mana to your mana pool, and use three of them to untap it. Infinite mana and infinite power/toughness. Or if you get a Devoted Druid and Mana Reflection, you could go that route. 2.) Quillspike + Furystoke + Intruder Alarm and/or Flourishing Defenses - When Furystoke comes in, go on a shooting frenzy, but use two creatures to hit Fury Stoke for 4. When he comes back in with Persist, put a 1/1 Elf into play, use Quillspike to remove the -1/-1, and do it all over again. When all your opponents' creatures are out of the way, roll over them with a massive Quillspike. 3.) Quillspike + Cinderhaze Wretch + Megrim and/or Flourishing Defenses - Tap Cinderhaze to make an opponent discard a card (and take 2 damage if Megrim is out), put a -1/-1 counter on it (and put an Elf into play if Flourishing Defenses is out), remove the counter with Quillspike, and do it all over again. When you opponents have no cards in hand (and hopefully are low on life), attack with the pumped up Quillspike. Demonic Tutor and Planar Portal are there for combo insurance.
