i would take out 1 ezuri (only because hes a legend) and add another warcaller. other than that, nice deck!
in my opinion, for your first deck i would make it singe colored, MAYBE 2 colors. 3 is just too hard of a start. thats just my opinion though.
i think a good addition to this would be Omnath, Locus of Mana

This deck is pretty cool, not sold on the Thrummingbird though. I think Ichorclaw Myr or even Vampire's Bite are better options. Good deck though, I like it. Hope I helped!

personally, i think youre missing a key card...livewire lash, it goes hand in hand with those boost up cards you got, check it out.
i have a deck almost exactly like this, i made it blue black for the steady progress and distortion strike though, it really focuses on the proliferate. i use clone shell for mimic vat, that way i can keep pulling creatures every turn, it works rather well its on the second page, your input will be appreciated.
livewire lash is a must in infect decks in my opinion
might wanna think about goblin tunnler in here, might be a good addition
check livewire lash out, that card, in my opinion, is a given in an infect deck, especially with all the boost-up cards
lol 40 or more life, thats ridiculous with this deck, you get there lightning fast lol felidar soveriegn is sick not sure if youre up to it, but splashing a little blue in might not hurt. i say that because of jwari shapeshifter and clones and stuff. it would really speed up the lifegaining process i think. either way it seems very effective, good job
