Trying my hand at modifying clone002's BR vampire deck. I could do more in with vampires in Extended than the current Standard. Cards like Bloodghast were critical in keeping the mana curve smooth. Considering its Extended format, Graven Cairns could be a cheaper substitute for Blackleave Cliffs. Stromkirk Captain has crazy synergy with Bloodghast and Falkenrath Aristocrat. The Bloodghast is also useful since it's disposable and can feed both Olivia and Falkenrath Aristocrat. Sideboard is mostly varied forms of removal. Black Sun's Zenith allows non-targeted removal. A well executed play could be Zenith ---> drop a land ---> Vampiric Fury for a lot of scary Bloodghasts on an empty board. It's also possible the Slith effects will allow other vampires to survive. Other cards to consider would be Vampire Nocturnus and Surgical Extraction.
