Draconic Roar, Dragonlord's Servant, Dragon Hatchling, maybe Crux of Fate if you decide to add a couple more Dragons for flavor. Dragon Egg/Hellkite Hatchling is a fun little interaction on a curve. I do really like the three-tiered Mana accel suite, though. This deck draws really well in its current form, too.

If you're still considering adding red, Fling might be a solid option.

I always feel inclined to slip in more energy stuff like Harnessed Lightning. Maybe sideboard?

Been going back and forth on Heart of Kiran, it's so solid and the price was coming down for a bit. Would Harvester be more appropriate?

Thanks for the input! I struggled with that slot, but yes - Hindering Light definitely stands out as the weakest card here. I like the suggestion of Remand/Leak.
