Deck Description

You gain life as fast as your oponent loses it. Very expensive, very effective.

I've always thought that Bloodchief Ascension in a broken card, but secretly admired the combos it can be used with. +1

Looks good for casual play, if we are talking FNM I suggest a few changes:
If you run baneslayers, run 4 of 'em. You could add utter rubbish in to make it 60 cards but it wouldn't matter because you have baneslayers!
I don't quite understand the logic behind your equipment choices (especially the ones in sideboard)
Magebane armour is ok, but for what it does I think you would be better off with the whispersilks in mainboard. (equipping it to a baneslayer makes it worse, not better [the flying evasion is better])
As for your ally cards, I think to even consider allies the whole deck would be better run around them, just having the 2 in your deck seems a bit weak. I can understand the life gain aspect but there are better non- ally cards suited to that.
(Just realised how much more i still have to explain ugh...)
What next? Err.... Oh! I guess i could touch on the enchantments. Well, I guess that your deck ultimately uses sanguine bond as a win condition, that's fine if you want to build a deck around that. Some of the other stuff though. ehh... Bloodchief Ascension and Luminarch? I think bloodchief seems a tad pointless, I mean sure its another win condition but I think by the time you get it online (and unless your opponents playing silly buggers, the only way you can get it online yourself is by having the blademasters out quite early) your should be in the dominant board position with your sanguine/baneslayers out and so on. Same problem with the luminarch really, but kind of the opposite seeing as how this format is mostly aggro style decks at the moment, you'll be hard pressed to prevent any damage taken, at least in the early game.
Running 1 of Asha's favour? Well there is your Baneslayer substitute.
On to lands now... Crypt of Agadeem? OK, now you really need a slap. There is no way you can get that to be effective over the course of a game with your deck, Even the mono black control decks that run it struggle to get it online! (And your only running 2 of them!!! *Rant-Rave!* etc...)
Kabira crossroads seems fine
Brave the elements... hmmm possibly, but you can't protect your nighthawks and such with it.
Day of Judgment is a solid spell, but ideally you'd rather run single target removal. If you have roughly the same amount of creatures on the board as your opponent and you draw a judgment, then that's all well and good if you decide to cast it, however the board is now stalled for a turn and you are a card down, just as a situation. The card benefits more from being in creature-less decks e.g. turbo fog.
Your sideboard seems a bit weird as I mentioned, some of the equipment looks like its used for removal, but if that's the case why not just run instant -spell removal cards? Black and white are the two colours with arguably the best removal spells in the game! e.g. path to exile, doomblade, smother, oblivion ring -(so useful).
Gatekeepers arn't really a sideboard card, you'd want them mainboard. Think about it, your opponents playing a deck with creatures in, just for example. Game 2 you decide: "Oh, this fine gentlemen (or lady but I like to be realistic) appears to be running a deck with creatures in! By jove, I certainly should sideboard in my gatekeepers!"
You'd only take them out if it was a creature-less deck obviously, although... in fact you may not even do that, after all, they can still be played for the non kicker cost.
Silence is a solid card, although a bit situational. Great against the control match up... but you'd definitely want 4 of them, that being the case.
If you'd like I can point you in the direction of decks built around the bond (I tried to make one myself at one point). Well that's just my 2 cents as they say, i really need a stiff drink now...

Listen here Murray, if that is your real name, I'll remember that next time you want reminding what Lenz's law is, or which parts of the Carnot cycle represent which stage in an internal combustion engine. There's a storm coming. You remember that.
