Don't forget Nyx Weaver, it constantly feeds the grave AND can get something out again if needed.

I think archetype of Imagination (not a seamonster, i know) would be a pretty good combo with Stormtide Leviathan.

the lands don't matter bc they have no color, and they would produce colorless mana instead of non commander colored
I love the concept :DI think Liliana's Caress and/or Jace's Erasure would fit in there pretty good aswell.

Yeah the deck looks a pretty defenseless in general. :/The Shell-Dweller Thallid would have been my first suggestion, too. Then, Leyline of Vitality would be perfect in there :D I mean.. 1v life for each Saproling? And then they're even getting some more endurance on top.And what about some artifact/enchantment removals? 1-2 Naturalize never hurt ;)Against annoying counter controll decks maybe a Gaea's Heral in the Sideboard wouldn't be bad either.
I like every deck that uses my little Galvanizers :D Yours is yet another way to use them, more competetive than mine (mine is budget and multicolored anyway)^^but the outcome is the same :D
What about Lord of the Unreal or Drogskol Captain ? Cheap Asceticism and Glorious Anthem in one :DOr Pheres-Band Warchief instead of/in addition to Captain of the Watch?Oh and maybe a Reaper King if you wanna drive people really mad, its worth the money :DOr Slivers? All the possibilities... ^^
