Updated: Dropped 1x Steel Hellkite, 1x Ancient Hellkite, 1x Rakdos Pitdragon, and 1x Fierce Empath. Added 2x Door of Destinies, 2x Steely Resolve.

Thinking about removing 1x Sarkhan the Mad to bring back either 1x Steel Hellkite or Rakdos Pitdragon, or bump Steely Resolve up to 3x. Thoughts?

How didn't I know about Steely Resolve? :O Also forgot about Door of Destinies. Good ideas, thanks! :D

I actually don't have a problem with that ;) If he cheats a creature into play, great. But typically, if he proxies as a target for an opponent's control spell, just as great. One less spell I have to worry about when I hardcast a dragon.

But that's just the way I think. I tend to throw fire magnets into decks like that :)

Only thing I might suggest is adding a few Mimic Vats for the Allies. Aside from Halimar Excavator's milling ability, you can also lock down an opponent via Bala Ged Thief.

Nice mash up of different mill strategies. Looks like it'd run pretty smoothly, albeit a little bit slow.

Updated: Removed 1x Draco and 1x Emeria Angel for 2x Greater Auramancy. I sideboarded two additional Greater Auramancy just in case I encounter an opponent with heavy enchantment destruction, and included a few other spells as well.

Other cards in sideboard: Scapeshift I would swap out (most likely) Emeria Angel if I wanted to change things up a little bit. Oblivion Ring is self exclamatory, Condemn to deal with Quest for the Holy First Turn Win, and Plummet to counter Demon of Death's Gate. Other cards might be useful as well, but this sideboard handles the local metagame fairly well.

Good idea. I was going to put it in there last night when I made this, but then I thought.. nah, I don't have enough enchantments. Don't ask what I was thinking :P

Made a new deck based off this idea, minus the living lands.

Doh! For the vintage deck idea, I definitely meant Equipoise instead of Celestial Dawn.

Terra Eternal is definitely sideboard material, though I'm not sure how much land destruction is run in your local metagame. It's generally shunned upon here as being one of those "too unfun to bother" gimmicks.

I think Sun Titan would be a fun idea, as opposed to Wurmcoil Engine, to bring back into play those fetch lands and anything sacrificed by Scapeshift. Just more lands to trigger Valakut :)

I'm out of ideas at the moment.. been a long day, too much turkey, and I's sleepy :D But I will work up a vintage deck list real quick just for shits and giggles. But otherwise, further critiquing and play testing will have to wait for the morning.

Edit: The latter I think would add a little consistency. I only ran three sample hands, but two out of the three I had to wait 3+ turns before I could cast anything from my hand. The other sample hand played smoothly, but was still a bit slow waiting to draw the required pieces for the deck to work.

I know you said Extended legal, but I'd be curious to see if this would make a viable Vintage concept, using Tenth Edition and Worldwake creature lands in conjunction with Nature's Will and Celestial Dawn. Celestial Dawn would cause 100% of their creatures and artifacts to phase out, allowing you to turn lands into creatures and attack without blockers, then Nature's Will would untap all of your lands again :) Just a quirky idea.

IMO, you're running WUG, I'd drop the Mountain and maybe Island and Plains for the WUG uncommon land. I realize that would disrupt the use of your sac lands, but it'd establish a more reliable mana base to pop off those much needed green spells. If push comes to shove, Terramorphic Expanse and Evolving Wilds are always an alternative to trigger the Valakuts.

Always wanted to run an unhinged / unglued deck ^-^ Never bought enough boosters when they were around, though. I keep trying to talk my friends into ordering boosters offline so we can run an unhinged draft.. who knows, maybe one of these days :D

Any ideas how to change this up a little bit to help it run faster? I'll take rares into consideration, but I'd prefer to keep it 100% common and uncommon.

I repeat, Lilliana > Sorin. Her ultimate could be nice against an opponent who keeps rebounding against your proliferation. Always good to have that alternative win condition hidden away in there somewhere.

What's more important, however, is her reusable tutor ability. Sorin can't grab the card out of your deck that you need the most. Lilliana can. And that is about 90% of the reason I run her in any of my decks.
