It's a pretty straight-forward "Big Stompy" deck. Has early mana issues, but once you get out a Karametra's Acolyte, a Nykthos, or a Karametra's Decree - especially the first two - the mana engine starts to ramp up tremendously fast.A key, simple victory is to drop a Hydra Broodmaster, and if it lives to the next turn, trigger Monstrous with every scrap of mana you can assemble. Getting a sudden swarm of 10/10 Hydra tokens can make for a real bad day for the other guy.Polukranos can be used to sweep the board of possible blockers, even at the costof self-suiciding ("he dies of indigestion, but you still get eaten"); trigger him with an X of 12 or 14, and just level everything else on the board with it.The Arbor Colossus and Nessian Asp are primarily for defense - both have reach, both can get to 8/9 or 9/9. Blight Mamba makes a good "cheap defender" - regenerating AND Infect, unless they have a lot of trample you're in a good place with the Mamba on defense.This is NOT A FINESSE DECK. It's pure, brutal, obvious power. An iron fist, wrapped in an iron shell - none of this "velvet glove" nonsense.In other words: HULK SMASH.
