Well, since standard is getting ready to rotate, there's a new Vampire in game. In fact, he's the only real vampire there's been since before Zendikar's Twinklepires. Only problem is, you'd need more Artifacts to use him to your advantage. Other than that, the only thing I see wrong is that you have more Pulse Trackers than Nighthawks. Nighthawk is a much better card, I'd say nix the Pulse Tracker, he's got a weak ability.

if your gonna have bloodthrone vamps and blade of the bloodchief, you need bloodghast and some fetch lands. i've had bloodthrone turn four hit for 21 pts of damage a few times. maybe get rid of diabolic tutor and haunting echoes and get liliana vess and or vampire nocturnus, nocturnus is still legal for a little while, still fun to have in a deck just to play friends. I'll rate your decks, please return the favor and rate mine.
Take 2 Bloodthrones out, 1 Blade of The Bloodchief, Take out 1 Butcher mim, 2 if your willing. Take out the doom blades and switch them with Gatekeeper of Malakir. These are my suggestions.
