Ditch the coat of arms it helps your opponent aswell and get Doubling Season and or Mayael's Aria, increase the rate your counters go up rediculously :)
I'd use more lands that gives you the option to add any color. Just using basic lands will leave you without the colors you need. I know this because my Sliver deck used to do that to me. Use things like the Vivid lands, rupture spire, or reflecting pool.
interesting addition to the challenge, though your prolly gonna experience a mana issue with the lands you have. Either getting the ones you don't need or too much of a couple and not enough of the others. Look into Glimmervoid + Reflecting Pools or just RP.
