good deck, ive built a similar deck myself using splicers and golems and it was a bit slow to start but deadly once it got going, however i dont like the precursor golem as i feel it is a bit of a double edged sword and i think it would be better to add a couple of mirrorworks to copy the other artifacts or perhaps a couple of hard hitters like blightsteel collossus or platinum emperion, though thats just my view :)

nice deck, my friend played a simliar deck focusing on proliferating the lux cannon that was quite good however it didnt have potential creature strength and speed of this deck.
cant go wrong with geth
i find that Teferi's Puzzle box works well with niv-mizzet
