it depends on the manner in which u want to share...cause obviously slivers will share all their abilities with each other, but i dont believe theres a single card that will share creatures abilities with each other.

out of ravinica there is a white enchantment (2ww) called concerted effort it makes all your creatures share abilities if you have a creature with flying all you creatures have flying, same for fear, first strike, vigilance, trample, haste, protection, and maybe other abilities too
if u want to go the graveyard rout try Death-Mask Duplicant
Cairn Wanderer gets a lot of abilities from creatures in your graveyard that have those abilities.
And he's a shapeshifter.
That's actually in any player's graveyard; sorry about that.
Experiment Kraj lets you tap and put a +1/+1 counter on a creature and it gets all activated abilities of each creature with a +1/+1 counter on it. There's also Shapesharer where target Shapeshifter becomes a copy of another creature until end of turn. Quicksilver Elemental is also a good one, and Skill Borrower is good for artifacts.
