Burn through your opponent, then do it again, then again, then again. With so much duplication of spells, your opponent won't be able to keep up.
Use Pyromancer Ascension to copy your spells, as all of the spells are sorceries and with 4 of each card, chances are good that you'll duplicate some of them. With the rebound ability on Staggershock and Surreal Memoir, while the first graveyard hit won't count as a PA counter, the second casting of a Rebound spell will hit twice. (One is in the graveyard and the other is cast twice.)
Furthermore, Reverberate just adds to the copying fun. Combine with the PA enhancement for a total of four copies of your original card, or five with Rebound. (For example, Staggershock is cast, PA copies it, Reverberate is cast, Reverberate copies SS, PA copies Reverberate, which then copies SS. The copies cease to exist after resolving, so only the original SS ends up rebounding on the next upkeep.)
Both Kiln Fiend and Chandra's Spitfire pump up the damage. Kiln Fiend responds to any instant/sorcery, including a rebound's second turn. Chandra's Spitfire responds to opponent damage, including both rebounds and copies. Burn through half of the opponent's damage via spell copying, then kill him off with the pumped up Spitfire. This deck also includes a Dragon's Claw for life, which reacts to Rebounds twice.
A sideboard is included to counter White/Blue (Combust), artifact/Eldrazi decks (Shatter), big creature decks (Inferno Trap), and small creature decks (Wrap in Flames).
Please be mindful of the stack and all of your abilities on this deck. The spell copies/rebounds all require attention to stack order, life regeneration, creature buffs, and of course the targets of the spells.
