I decided to try to do what most people don't, Build a creature based win mono blue deck. I don't use Omniscence. I don't use Counter spells. I base it purely on annoyance and creature use. My general is Sun Quan, because who doesn't like a little Horsemanship?

I'd be more than happy to accept suggestions, but It is a mono blue soldier deck. I have decided to do this because I can. I am not running Counterspells as stated earlier. I do have an enchantment that counters, but i consider it a enchantment as it can be removed.
