Consider fist of the suns. Makes all your spells cost 1 of each color, so 5 mana total. Bloom tender can help too, since it will tap for 3-5 mana at a time, usually.

Thanks those are great cards I hadn't seen before; I'm going to add those to my sideboard right away. I really like the fist of suns card especially for conflux xD.
because its a 5 colour dragon deck consider adding Draco its a 9/9 for 16 mana with an upkeep of 10 mana a turn. however it is reduced by 2 for each basic land type you control so all 5 colours it is 6 mana with no upkeep
