Rakdos Discard using Waste Not and Liliana's Caress mostly
Trying to discard into either zero hands and win with Shrieking Affliction/The Rack while simultaneously getting value from Waste Not and Liliana's Caress. Burning Inquiry to finish off the opponent with 1 or 2 Caresses out. Creatues (Crusader and Master) to keep cards in opponents hands to get discard value. Liliana Vess is probably switchable but I added her for flavour.
