its a dragon deck! nothing but power! the deck relies on tokens and devour abilities! the tokens are mainly used for blockers and outnumbering your foe and also used for dinner for creatures with the ability devour. the deck also uses alot of +1 +1 counters as well to power up your monsters!
the deck takes a while to....i guess you could say "get pumped up!" the dragons are the leaders and bulk in the deck, while the tokens are the numberless minions that are blockers and overwhelm the enemy. get mana out ASAP in order to out your dragons. they'll the key to winning while the tokens are the "just in case." the enchantments give all your creatures the necessary edge to win the battle! flying is the main ability to lower your opponents life points cos not many creatures have flying or reach. devour is another ability to boost your creatures power, and also other spells and artifacts give creatures +1 +1 counters. the enchantments gives all your creatures shroud, haste, double strike, and trample. shroud won't allow your creatures to any spell your opponent might have up their sleeve. haste gives the dragons the chance to devastate your enemy immediately they enter the battlefield. double strike gives the powerful creatures first strike and another chance to attack your opponent. and trample allows your monsters to still to heavy damage no matter how many of your opponents creatures try to block! victory will happen if you play this way!

DRAGONS!!!! I love the little idjits! They can be so complicated and overpowered that it is so much fun. Three Quick Suggestions:1. I get your raging on the Dragons- I get that way too, but you need a quicker way to throw them out on the field. Try Belbe's Portal. Fortunately its pretty cheap and you can play any dragon for 3 mana. If you wanted to switch to a multicolored dragon deck try our Dragon's Arch. Your Elvish Piper is also amazing2. Since your devouring the Crap out of your dragons try some rebirth like Bladewing the Risen, which is another BA dragon card ANNNNDDD because of it you can play a Dragon from the Graveyard3. I'd try and narrow down your list of creatures some. The Five Legendary Dragon Spirits Can Ramp up your Deck, but some of the other misc. creatures will just take up space.I hope this helped out and didnt sound preachy, keep on playin playa. Good Job

Hey so sweet find on belbe's portal but the rings dont make much sense to me, i think each would only be moderately good running them in a mono collored deck let alone trying to run all three in a three collored deck. also get rid of codex shredder. there are much better options if u want to return a creature from the graveyard. like deadwood treefolk or eternal witness are two creatures.
u got some weird stuff in this deck. its like ur tryin to do too many strategies. what do i know though
this is my idea, make animar, soul of elements your commander and then replace most of ur sorceries and instants that get u land with weak little creatures that also give u a land (i'd look into elves or solemn simulacrum).... then u have weak creatures to block for u in ur initial drws and they get u land while pumping up animar so that u can play creatures way sooner! BOOM!
