An old favourite combo by creating a kill or mill loop by using Duskmantle Guildmage first ability with a Mindcrank on the battlefield. This combo is more resilient than you would think because once the Guildmage ability resolves it last for the entire turn even if the Guildmage is killed. This means that you can activate in response to a kill spell and you would win providing you can protect the Mindcrank hence the 2x Turn Aside mainboard.Very easy to turn this into a budget deck as it's only the mana is most of the cost. This plays more like a control deck and protecting your life total early game is vital while searching for combo pieces. .There are 7 tutors in Muddle the Mixture and Dimir Infiltrator but use them wisely and remember they can search for all of your creatures and even Go for the Throat. Cast Down is an alternative to Go for the Throat but it's a meta choice so if you face a lot of Ballistas or Artifact creatures it's worth the change.This deck requires quite a lot of play testing to get used to all the lines of play so I would recommend testing a lot.SIDEBOARD:The sideboard gives you an unblockable threat with Stalker and Pike and the Hex Parasite is to answer pesky Walkers and most importantly Chalice of the Void which really hurts us when on 2.
