Deck Description

Step 1: Get Clues
Step 2: ?
Step 3: Profit!

This is a deck I have had brewing in my head since I first saw Bygone Bishop.
This version is my more "Dream Build" - I also have a more budget friendly build posted as well

How to Play

Don't worry about anything else except getting that Aluren into play! Then....

1.Play Bygone
2.Play Stonecloaker - get a clue
3.Return Stonecloaker to your hand
4. rinse & repeat as many times as necessary.
6. Win! Either Attack with Master of Etherium if they don't have any blockers, March of the Machines for the aggro, or Feedback Bolt for the burn

If your opponent is playing a really slow game, you can go off turn 3 with a good hand. Play a land that comes into play untaped 1st turn, sol ring, and amulet of vigor. Second turn a sac land, untaps with amulet, sac it and tap sol ring to play Aluren. Play Bygone and Stonecloaker for a ton of clues. Turn 3 Glimpse of Nature and repeat Stonecloaker for more tokens and draw into the rest of the cards you need. I have added Asuza to help you pay for the Feedback Bolt or March of the Machines by dropping a couple extra sac lands.

Deck discussion for GET A CLUE! (Infinite Tokens)

FYI, in vintage Sol ring is restricted and in legacy it is banned. This deck is not legal in any major format.

Added "Casual" to the tags.... You could swap out Sol Ring for something else if you want to try it another format

March of the Machines won't give you an aggro win. The tokens have a cmc of zero, so they would become creatures for all of a second, then die because they have zero toughness. Bolt still works though

You are forgetting about Master of Etherium - he makes them 1/1's

I know that, but unless he's out it doesn't work. It's easier to wait for you to use March and then kill master and take all the tokens with it. Just something to keep in mind. Also, you should look into affinity cards. Thoughtcast would be great in here

The worst case scenario is that someone kills Aluren. If they did it before I got any clue tokens than Thoughtcast would be a dead draw. If the combo goes off - Beck will draw my entire deck if I want it to.

If you're going to use Beck to draw like that then you should just use Glimpse of Nature. You're already in legacy so what would it hurt? I would suggest if you plan to use the pacts to also find another counter spell to use with it. The deck is great, don't get me wrong, but it just needs to be a bit more balanced.
