Arbor Elf and Overgrowth really help wild growth to get your worms out fast.

XenaWalker and Garruk are really good for the control match up. Also you dont have many things to T2 burning-tree into, but I guess you can wait a turn on them.

Oh! Simic Charm is a great idea! And why are you running Advenet of the Wurm in your sideboard (just asking because Im not the best control player)? Lastly I am trying to make a deck like this, so if you could comment on it to help me out I would appreciate it alot! Good Luck! http://www.mtgvault.com/somesoggytacos/decks/bant-walkers-needs-your-help/

Why Vampire NightHawk? since its the only non-standard card it seems really out of place. (i mean I know its good, but if your in a different format why not diverge abit more from the usual black deck?

Looks really good fluse! however having 2 counter spells seems sightly out of place. I think if you switched them for two more of another necessary card it would improve the decks synergy and speed. Hey could you give me some suggestions on mine?

Hey Tristin! I think this deck could really use Xanthrid Necromancer since it can save you from wraths and its synergy with your humans is great. Besides that it looks pretty good! Hey could you give me some suggestions on mine?:

The problem with that is that the majority of the meta is mono black, esper control, or mono blue which really just poop on reckoner to much to make him good. Then having to focus on the combo makes my deck less strong overall as its trying to achieve a very difficult and obvious 3 part combo that doesn't technically win. I have tried it in the past, but its honestly just a super easy way to get 3 for 1ed by any experienced player. Thank you for suggesting it though.

You could try throwing in a single Champion of Stray Souls as a crazy alternate reanimator, or something that can take out artifacts so whip doesn't get pithing needled. Besides that it looks great! have fun!

Its true he was the most popular over all formats. . . well, until he got banned in the majority of them for being too good.

Well if you want to run those 4 colors you definitely want to drop ashiok, render silent, tromokratis, and pain seer. ashiok is rough because she doesn't really help any of your other win cons in the deck, render silent is too mana intensive for a 4 color deck. tromokratis costs way to much and pain seer will be the death of you with your curve.

You could try making it a life gain deck to counter balance all the shocks you have by playing trotstani. Trotstani will pair really well with Aetherling, Blood Baron, and Obzedat.

So, In competitive play testing (FNM) The deck went:
2-0 vs. Mono Black
2-0 vs. Boros Burn (I think that was luck)
2-0 vs. B/W Midrange
2-1 vs. RUG Midrange
2-1 vs. Mono Blue Devotion.

I found it to be really easy to remove before it can do anything. While Obzedat and Blood Baron are also 5 drops and can evade most removal and gain me life, master ended up being more of a liability. But I could experiment with him in here tonight if you think its a good idea.

I don't know how you got all the dual lands to count as $0, but I would suggest throwing in fetch lands to the mix so you can make sure you get what you need and lower the number of lands you draw.

Red White and Black. Its one of two names for the color combination.
The name comes from the Apocalypse block where 3 white cards featured red and black abilities.

Quick Question. Why Lord of the Void? (Just doesn't seem like the optimal creature for the deck)
And 4 Chained to the rocks with 6 mountains? (scary)

Hey! Just a couple of suggestions:
In regards to control - I think this would be too slow. The majority of your threats hit the board turn 5 or later (depending on your mana situation for the game) when control has already stabilized. Now your threats vary a bit which is good, but don't be surprised if game one you usually find yourself getting really controlled.

Aggro- You are rocking 6 great creatures to fight off aggro and 9 removal spells. You have to watch out since your angers do wipe out your reckoners and tokens, (could switch them out for drown in sorrow for better reckoner synergy) and the curve of your removal is high. So you need to watch out for that. (if you go second and your opponents plan is cackler into madcap skills your going to hurt.)

Midrange-I think your pretty golden. Those games should almost always go in your favor.

Mono Blue- you may want to increase the number of mass removal cards you have and go away from red in your removal color. Master of waves is still used a lot. It also can fly ove/tap/destroy all your creatures. (which is a given, just be prepared for it)

Mono Black- Put assemble in. You get it out and they pretty much loose. Blood Baron of course is the other go to for the deck. You have some good things going for you against the deck, but if they beat you in card advantage with underworld connections compared to your read the bones, your probably going to find yourself behind and loose.

Lastly, Hexproof- Just incase you have to deal with a hex proof deck as I did last week, you may want to find room for a couple more general removal spells so you don't get hit by an 8/8 lifelink trample every turn. (but that was really situational and dumb.)

Ok, those are my comments on your deck vs. most of today's meta. A couple switches I would definitely recommend are Bile Blight instead of boros charm, and underworld connections over read the bones. (and of course its all up to you, those are just the two basic ones I would do first).

Here is my standard Dega deck I have been working on for a while. While its more control oriented than yours, its been doing really well against everything besides Naya Hexproof so I think its worth taking a look at.

Hope that helped. Good Luck!

Haha, Thanks. And yeah, surprisingly this deck only took me 2 months of trading to make (it had been an idea of mine for a while) I suggest that you go for whatever expensive deck you want and just start slowly building up the cards to make it.
As for pack rat, yeah. Im mainly worried about removing pack rats with the deck, but I threw him in just in case I can use the guy to catch an unprepared opponent off guard.
