Cloistered youth would be the easiest to take out since she becomes black when she flips negating her from the effects of brave the elements.

Hey TANOFTZ, just a suggestion for you deck, your 7 drop bombs are a little underwhelming, so I would suggest looking for some creatures that have more of an impact late game such such as crater hoof behemoth, vigor, or any of the hydras. The problem with cards like axebane stag is that not only are you getting less than full value for their cost (as in its less than a 7/7 for 7 when their are plenty of green 8/8s for 6 mana and so on) but without any abilities such as trample or vigilance it will help you a lot less than you would think so i definitely suggest finding some more powerful big green creatures.

Rather than rampant growth I would suggest more elf ramp for your deck. priest of titania or elvish arch druid would make it considerably easier to get up to your higher costing cards and give you creatures that pair really well with what you already have.

Im not going to lie, Overgrown battlement seems a little out of place being the only defender. Have you considered Elvish Arch Druid to reap the benefits of all your elves? Besides that I really like it!

I think you should definitely main board Vexing Devil.

So a couple things you may want to consider are brave the elements, because that is just such a great card with a white weenie deck like yours, mentor of the meek, gather the townsfolk and maybe even immortal servitude. Those are up to you though, but trust me when i say brave the elements is gold. I hope that helped sir, and if you would in turn help me with one of mine for FNM this week that would be great. (also if you want me to explain myself better or something just ask)

why do you need mana ramp for this deck if the top of its curve is 4?

Sorry to start off negative, however I don't believe Demonlord of Ashmouth is very good for the deck simply because his enter the field, sacrifice ability is completely contradictory to the rest of the decks since he is one of the cheapest, does no damage when things are sacked, and forces two other creatures to be sacrificed, if your not lucky enough to have a lot of other creatures already out then he is pretty worthless. The other card I dislike is undying evil since every creature besides xathrid demon (who you can't sac with his ability anyways) already has it. Besides that I do really like the concept. So i say good job, good luck and good day!

and sorry to be lame, but if you would give me some criticism on mine I would really appreciate it. thanks.

I do agree with you GeneralM, taking the count down to two would open up more room for other more versatile cards. thanks for the suggestion.

Hey! I proxied the deck and its working great! Its very reliable, and works pretty well against control! aggro its slightly slow agaist, but if you survive in the beginning (Imposing Soverign saves!) then you can usually out tempo it. Both planes walkers are also amazing. Garruk does his job perfectly, and Ajani is actually more of a game winner than anything else. The only problem is that brave the elements while super effective may not be enough to protect all your creatures, so you may consider adding something else in when thats an issue. thanks!

Have you considered Far//Away? Its a slightly more expensive version of cards you already have, but since its 2 in 1, it works really nicely as far as card advantage goes.

A White Weenie deck varient I was thinking of for the new standard environment. Tell me what you think, and thanks for making this GeneralM. http://www.mtgvault.com/somesoggytacos/decks/gw-recurring-weenies/

If expensive is ok, I suggest 3-4 Gyre Sage, 2 Kalonian Hydra, and maybe some Renegade Krasis. Then Primeval Bounty and Progenitor Mimic to top the curve off.

I think you should start by adding 1 forest.

But why do you need it at all if theirs no real need for white mana in this deck? would a forest or mountain not work better? The one card that has white is boros reckoner, you can pay either white or red and a sacred foundry produces white and red so its completely worthless.

If you were to put time warp or another spell that lets you take extra turns (i know thats not the point of the deck) it would allow infinite turns which is just a nice option on the side.
