If you're splashing Orzhov consider High Priest of Penance - especially with your +1/+1 cards it's useful. Some of my favorites that I would mention here would be crusader of odric and odric master tactician. another cool idea, though maybe not for this deck, is to use conjurers closet in combination with some other human and champion of the parish. Maybe azorius justicar or banisher preists as well? I might also suggest darksteel plate or whatever the equipment is to make Merieki indestructable, and maybe the creatures she controls indestructable.
