This deck is mainly about it's lifelink and the "exquisite blood""sanguine bond" combo in which, if you have both cards out, you basically won the game as any amount of damage dealt to the enemy player OR any kind of heal you've done to yourself will set those two on an infinite loop draining everyone on the table out of health!
ideal conditions:you have 5 mana on the table.you have sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood on your hand.play either one of them depending on the situation on the table, than play the other one the next turn.if you already have a creature with lifelink, or some kind of heal spell, use it.Sanguine Bond and Exquisite Blood will be set on an infinite loop and win you the game.

Its going to be hard to get 5 mana on the board with 19 land you will end wit mulling a lot of times to get 2 , 3 land in your start hand.Looking at your mana curve it the deck could use 22 lands maybe 2 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx.Could be a idea to take down your 3 and 5 cost to get some more 1 and 2 cost for the early game protection.
