u might need another win con than just your shackles. maybe use jace, mind sculptor?
i know, this is just a meme deck, don't take it seriously. Even Shackles breaks the theme, but i thought to make this somewhat playable i need to have at least one copy of Shackles against resolved creatures. There is an other one in the SB if things go badly :)Its also possible to run 4 Nimble Obstructionist and go for beat downs.
