I have made a deck similar to this awhile ago. To be more effective because i used defenders first is to use creatures with high toughness without defender. Attack right away, i have done high damage turn 2 and after. Doran, the Siege Tower helps as well. Indomitable Ancients, Disowned Ancestor and Nyx Fleece Ram to name a few. Kin Tree Invocation high powered tokens and Primal Rage for trample. My deck is called Abzan Assault Defenders if you choose to look at my side board for other ideas. Of course the less mana cost the better, i do know from experience that Tree of Redemption and Slagwurm Armor are too slow.

I love goblins as well, you will need Goblin Grenade, Impact Tremors is helpful and a Goblin Charbelcher helps them out too. There are a lot of good ones to use. Get some money and purchase Goblin Guides and Warren Instigators for every goblin deck. I use Purphoros for those tokens.

I'd use a Leveler in there for a back up, in case the card draw ain't going your way.

I actually own a deck similar to this one. Except all my creatures are high toughness without defender, so you won't have to depend on Rolling Stones, the 1 mana ability on Assault Formation or Wakestone gargoyle's ability. High mana cost Slagwurm Armor and Wakestone Gargoyle aren't necessary this way. It is Abzan Assault Defenders, check it out for ideas. Indomitable Ancients, Shape the Sands, Primal Rage, Tower Defense, Skinshifter, Kin-Tree Invocation, Disowned Ancestor are some good cards for this deck. Nothing better than attacking for 4 damage on turn 2.

You can replace some stuff to make it cheaper. I have a side board of 4 Turn Aside to protect Havengul Lich from removal. Replace Blightsteel Colossus with them and you can always replace the expensive lands.

They are sided boarded in my deck. I would use them depending on what deck i am playing. The mana cost is high, so he is there for a second win condition if available.

It is rare, but it has happened. He is just there for fun really. The look on their face when you put him in is priceless.

I agree, maybe more 0 cost equipment. Shuko and Lightning Greaves perhaps would work.

I suggest Phytoburst and Might of Old Krosa. These infect decks have to look out for Solemnity from now on though.

Not relevant to the colors but, has any body used Hedron Crabs and Scapeshift. Just wondering if it could somehow work in a deck together.

Since this is not a modern deck, you could use Animate Wall as well.
