Deck Description

My first attempt at a Commander deck. I bought the Evasive Maneuvers preconstructed deck and loved the concept of blinking with Roon of the Hidden Realm, although I felt he was a bit slow and klunky to get up and running.

Anyhoo, the idea is simple; have a lot of creatures with different ETB effects, and use blinking mechanisms and clones to abuse these. There are also a few combo's in the mix, can you spot them?

Considerations:
? -> Brago, King Eternal (+Spine of Ish Sah, and Parallax Wave? + Traveler’s Cloak, Pentarch Ward, and Unquestioned Authority?)
? -> Lavinia of the Tenth

How to Play

There are a lot of ETB trigger effects that you can abuse with flicker enablers like deadeye navigator, roon, galepowder mage, conjurers closet. There is at least one trigger for each possible occasion.

Deck discussion for Blink, Bounce, Roon Away!

I would suggest adding Training Grounds - it would make your Roon run much more efficiently. It also helps with Deadeye Navigator and with Nephalia Smuggler

Thank you for the suggestion, although I'm not sure what I would trade it for. It is very situation dependent since it only helps with 5 cards out of 99. And since I'm focusing on a more creature heavy Roon deck, I only run a few tutors, so there are no guarantees that I will be needing it on a regular basis.

Hm that's a good point, though the fact that it interacts so well with your commander is pretty intriguing.
